. The Board of Mission thanks everyone who donated food for
Christian Community
Action’s Food Bank.
TODAY is the final Sunday for this special collection.
The Board of Mission will begin to receive the ONE GREAT HOUR OF SHARING Offering next Sunday.
OGHS is an annual offering that is received in nine different denominations and the money is pooled
and sent to Church World Service.
The offering is used for development work in third
world countries. OGHS also responds to natural disasters and provides aid
to hurting and hungry
brothers and sisters such as the dear souls in Chile after the recent devastating earthquake.

MAUNDY THURSDAY CHOIR will rehearse under the direction of Flora Major at the First Congregational Church Choir
Room on
Thursday evenings March 11, 18 and 25. The rehearsals will be from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.
We will host the Maundy Thursday - Communion and Tenebrae worship on Thursday, April 1 at 8:00pm.
This will be the fifth time we have shared the Maundy Thursday worship with our sister church,
the First Congregational Church of Norwalk.
